Cucumber Juice for Acne

Cucumber juice is a very effective way to get rid of acne and pimples. You can use it wherever you have acne like your back or scalp. It’s not just for your face.

Dark green cucumber

Peel the cucumber with a peeler or knife to remove the skin. Cut up cucumber and put into a blender. Liquify the cucumber and apply the juice to the acne with a cotton ball. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse off with warm water.

An alternative is to drink four cups of cucumber juice daily for a week. This will purify the blood and lymphatic system, resulting in a clearer skin.

Fast Food, Frozen dinners, Red meat, Bacon, Beer, Caffeine, Coffee, Sugar, White flour, Gluten, Sausage, Licorice, Artificial sweeteners, Trans fats, Hydrogenated oils and High-fructose corn syrup, Milk chocolate, Soft drinks.

Gluten – Many people are sensitive to gluten and don’t even realize it. The foods that contain gluten are White flour, Wheat, Wheat germ, Wheat grass, Rye, Barley, Bulgur, Couscous, Farina, Graham flour, Kamut, Matzo, Seitan, Semolina, Spelt, Triticale, Oats, Oat bran, Oat fiber.

Meat – if you can’t remove meat from your diet make sure you only eat organic meat. Regular meat has hormones and steroids in it which aggravate your hormones.

1 cup baking soda

Skin Softening Bath

1/4 cup honey
1 cup milk

Mix ingredients together. Fill bathtub with warm water. While bathtub is filling up, pour in the mixture.
After you are finished with your bath dry yourself off and apply your favorite moisturizer.


Hand/Foot Creme

1 ripe banana
4 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of lemon juice (squeezed from a lemon)
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon of aloe vera gel

Mix all ingredients together until they form a cream. Blender works best.

Apply mixture to hands and put on cotton gloves. Leave on overnight and wash off in the morning.

Apply mixture to feet and put on cotton socks. Leave on overnight and wash off in the morning.


Brown Sugar Body Scrub

1 cup brown sugar
1 orange
2 tablespoons vitamin E oil

  1. Mix brown sugar with vitamin E oil in a bowl. Squeeze juice of orange into bowl and mix all together.
  2. Wet skin in shower.
  3. Take a handful of mixture and scrub in a gentle circular motion. Don’t forget elbows, feet and knees.
  4. Rinse off.
  5. Dry skin and apply a moisturizer as soon as you get out of the shower.

Sea Salt Body Scrub

1 cup sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup virgin unrefined coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil

Mix all ingredients together.
Wet skin in the shower and then gently rub mixture all over your body to slough off dry skin. Don’t forget elbows, feet and knees.
Rinse with warm water. Dry skin and apply your favorite moisturizer as soon as you get out of the shower.
