FOODS TO AVOID
Fast Food, Frozen dinners, Red meat, Bacon, Beer, Caffeine, Coffee, Sugar, White flour, Gluten, Sausage, Licorice, Artificial sweeteners, Trans fats, Hydrogenated oils and High-fructose corn syrup, Milk chocolate, Soft drinks.
Gluten – Many people are sensitive to gluten and don’t even realize it. The foods that contain gluten are White flour, Wheat, Wheat germ, Wheat grass, Rye, Barley, Bulgur, Couscous, Farina, Graham flour, Kamut, Matzo, Seitan, Semolina, Spelt, Triticale, Oats, Oat bran, Oat fiber.
Meat – if you can’t remove meat from your diet make sure you only eat organic meat. Regular meat has hormones and steroids in it which aggravate your hormones.
Non-organic dairy products – comes from cows treated with BGH (Bovine Growth Hormone) and antibiotics. Both steroids and antibiotics reside in the milk and interfere with the female hormonal system.
