1 cup sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup virgin unrefined coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients together.
Wet skin in the shower and then gently rub mixture all over your body to slough off dry skin. Don’t forget elbows, feet and knees.
Rinse with warm water. Dry skin and apply your favorite moisturizer as soon as you get out of the shower.
