Water Rich Foods

It is important to drink plenty of water every day, but if you are like me water isn’t your favorite. The good news is there are water rich foods to help hydrate you. I have listed them below:

Tomatoes, Peaches, Pineapple, Strawberries Oranges, Watermelon, Apple, Grapefruit, Pineapples

Cucumbers, Carrots, Squash and Bell Peppers, Watercress, Spinach, Onions, Lettuce, Aubergine, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Chard, Pumpkin

Broth Soups, Homemade Beverages

Caffeine is a diuretic, which causes the body to leach both water and calcium. Carbonated beverages steals calcium from your bones and eats away at your tooth enamel.
