pH Balance Hair Rinse

19 Jan

Use a homemade rinse after each shampoo. After you clean and condition your hair, a good astringent for the scalp is a rinse made of apple cider vinegar.

Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar with water and pour through the hair.

Leave the solution in the hair and scalp for five minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.

Using apple cider vinegar and water restores the ph balance of the hair, clears the pores of the scalp and cleans fungus and other causes of acne on the scalp which contribute to hair loss.
